COVID Policies

 

Clinic Policies amid COVID-19

​

Our clinic is open on Tu and Sat 10 AM - 2 PM, Wed and Fri 1 - 5 PM, by appointment-only. Please call or text for appointment (650) 451-2612.

​

We are implementing strict safety protocols for protection against COVID-19, including:

  • Pre-screening all patients prior to each appointment. No more than 1 patient will be scheduled during each time slot

  • Requiring all patients wearing face masks inside the clinic and during the treatment, and keep 6 feet social distance regulation

  • Forehead temperature will be taking before entering the office

  • Cleaning and disinfection procedures will be applied in the treatment room after each patient, and the office at the end of day

  • Using disposable paper to cover treatment table and face cradle as needed

  • Hand sanitizer are available to sanitize hands before and after the treatment

​Please answer the questions below prior to the appointment:

  • Have you traveled out of state or to an area with a Coronavirus outbreak in the past 30 days?

  • Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19?

  • Do you have any symptoms of fever, dry cough, short of breath, running nose, sore throat, loss of smell and taste, loose stool or diarrhea, Chill, fatigue, muscle pain, or headache?    

If you have any of the above symptoms, please stay home for 3-7 days or contact your primary care physician.                      

  • Please come to the appointment alone unless you require assistance from another individual due to medical or physical conditions.

  • Please come just on time for your appointment, so you don’t have to wait in the lobby.  

 

Please do not come for appointment if you are feeling sick. Please stay home for the recommended 3-7 days of self-quarantine.
